摘 要:针对柴油机连续运转40 h以上时,在活塞第一环槽处易出现积炭的现象,提出在活塞第一环槽处采用铝镶钢圈的结构,并将活塞冷却油腔向活塞顶面上移.采用I-deas软件,应用有限元方法对活塞进行分析.采用第三类边界条件,确定了活塞周围物质的温度及活塞与它们之间的换热系数,求出活塞的温度场分布,研究了活塞在热负荷作用下的刚强度状态,结果表明,改进后的活塞第一环槽的温度下降,达到改进目的,为活塞的优化提供了依据.For the pile char generated in first ring groove of piston when diesel worked more than 40 hours, aluminum piston enwrapped steel ring was used to resolve the problem. And cooling oil antrum was moved up to close to piston top. I-deas software and the finite element method were used to analyze piston. Ambient temperature and heat transfer thermal coefficients between piston and its surrounding material were ascertained by the third confine conditions. Temperature distribution of piston was obtained, and intensity and distortion of piston under thermal load were studied. The results show that the temperature of first ring groove on piston is fall. The intent of ameliorating temperature distribution is realized. The research can optimize the piston and ensure its dependability.
