摘　　要：在政府信息化建设过程中,集成各个部门信息系统相关的信用信息是建设内容之一。在系统设计中采用了XML数据库技术和J2EE;将设计模式应用到该系统的实现中,提高软件重用性和模块性,并采用PKI的安全论证方式;通过并发测试,采用XML数据库开发的信用信息交换平台,完全满足用户需求。Integrating all related credit information from all departments is one of the core objects in E-government construction. In the system design, XML database and J2EE technology is adopted. Design patterns are applied to the implementation of credit information exchange platform to raise software reuse and modularity. PKI security demonstration technology is used as well. By concurrent software testing, the credit information exchange platform based on XML database has been proved to meet users＇ requirements completely.
