摘　　要：基于柴油机行业提出制造业的异地协同工作模型,并提出基于资源共享的协同设计思想和协同制造模型。建立动态BOM和动态工艺路线,用邻接矩阵理论来解决协同企业之间的动态工艺路线问题。通过实例反映了协同企业之间的信息和资源共享。Based on the diesel engine industry, this article proposed a distributed collaborative working model for manufacturing industry and the resources sharing based collaborative design idea and collaborative manufacturing model. It has established dynamic BOM （ bill of materials） and dynamic technology route, solved the dynamic technology route problem between the coordination enterprises with the adjacent matrix theory. And through examples it reflects the sharing of information and resources between the coordination enterprises.
