HPLC测定小儿棕色口服溶液中愈创木酚甘油醚的含量

摘　　要：目的建立小儿棕色口服溶液中的愈创木酚甘油醚的含量测定方法。方法愈创木酚甘油醚的含量测定:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为InertsilODS-3柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.05mo.lL-1柠檬酸溶液(35∶65,V/V)为流动相,检测波长273nm。流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;进样量5μL。结果愈创木酚甘油醚在5.76～13.44μg.mL-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),样品的平均回收率为98.89%,RSD为0.61%。结论本文的含量测定方法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于小儿棕色口服溶液的质量标准。Aim To establish a method of determining the content of guaifenesin in Brown Mixture For Infants. Methods Guaifenesin was determined by HPLC. The assay was conducted on a Inertsil ODS-3 column with methanol and 0.05mol·L^-1 critic acid dilution （35：65, V/V） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 273nm. Results The concentration linear range of guaifenesin was 5.76 - 13.441μg·mL^-1 （ r =0. 999 9） with a recovery of 98.89% （ RSD =0.61% ）. Conclusion The method can be used as the quality standerd of Brown Mixture For Infants.
