摘　　要：本文以传统的制造成本核算方法为基础，应用模糊数学理论，将机械零件主要结构尺寸定义为模糊几何量，提出了成本模糊估算方法，给出了成本核算的可信度，从而将成本核算扩展到设计的各个阶段，为设计方案的评价与比较提供了可靠依据。Take the traditional accounting method of manufacturing cost as a foundation and using fuzzy mathematic theory this paper let the main structural dimensions of machine parts be defined as fuzzy geometric quantities and put forward a fuzzy cost estimation method,and presented the reliability of cost accounting thus made the accounting of cost be spread into every stage of design and provided a reliable basis for the evaluation and comparison of designing scheme.
