中压下三维内翅管中下降流的流动与传热

摘  要:对中压下三维内翅管中强迫垂直下降流动时的流阻与传热性能进行了试验研究,系统压力范围P=3.8~4.0MPa,雷诺数范围Re=4×104~1.5×105。建立了相应的流阻与传热的关联式并与光滑管及三维内翅管的上升流动与传热性能进行了比较。结果表明,三维内翅管中压下降流动的阻力与上升流动时接近,其传热性能则处于光滑管与三维内翅管中上升流之间。The experiment and analysis on the frictional pressure drop and heat transfer characters of water during single phase downward flow in a vertical three dimensional internal spine fin tube is conducted.The pressure ranges from 3.8MPa to 4.2MPa,and the Re from 4×10 4 to 1.5×10 5.Thecorrelations for heat trensfer and pressure drop are established,and the characters are compared with those of upward flow both in the three dimensional internal spine fin tube and in the smooth tube.The results show that the enhancing effect in downflow tube is much higher than that in the smooth upward tube but relatively lower than that in the upward tube.
