变模温注塑技术的研究与应用分析

摘　　要：变模温注塑是一种基于动态模温控制策略的注射成型技术,可根据不同工艺阶段的特点,随时调整模具温度,可在不降低生产效率的同时有效提升塑件的品质。在深入回顾变模温注塑技术研究发展的基础上,分析比较各种技术的优缺点和应用范围。构建了蒸汽辅助加热变模温注塑系统,实现了平板电视机面板的高光无熔痕注塑生产。Variothenn injection molding is an injection molding process based on dynamic mold temperature control strategy., in which mold temperature can be changed timely according to the requirements of different process stages. With this molding technology, the quality of the plastic part can be improved greatly without deereasing the production effieieney. The research status of variotherm injection molding techniques and their characteristics are fm^er reviewed and analyzed in this paper. Combined with practical application, the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of vafiothenn injection molding techniques are analyzed and compared. A vuriothenn injection molding system with steam heating is constructed. With this molding system, LCD panels with high surface gloss and no weld mark are successfully manufactured.
