摘  要:以淀粉和黄原胶为主黏料,研究了淀粉粘结剂的合成工艺、基本性能及其在有机复混肥造粒中的应用。实验结果表明,淀粉粘结剂合成适宜的工艺参数是:氧化剂H2O2、糊化剂、及黄原胶的用量分别是淀粉质量的6%~10%、6%~8%和2%,适宜的氧化温度是50~60℃。以腐熟的垃圾堆肥和化肥为原料,以XS-2和XS-3为粘结剂生产的有机复混肥,成粒率大于90%,颗粒抗压碎力符合国家标准;其全氮、全磷、全钾7d内的累计溶出率分别为80.1%、63.5%和65.7%,肥料的养分缓释效果显著。The synthetic process of the starch adhesive and its fundamental characteristics and application in organic compound fertilizer granulation are studied by using corn starch and xanthan gum as the main binding material. The results show that the best technological parameters of starch binder are:6% - 10% of oxidizing agent (H2O2) ,6% - 8% of alkali,2% of xanthan gum, all to the starch weight, and 50 - 60℃ of oxidizable temperature. The granulation percentage of organic compound fertilizer which is made from well-composed garbage,chemical fertilizer and XS-2,XS-3 organic hinder can be more than 90% ,and the granules resist crushing forces can meet the national standard. Its accumulation release of total nitrogen, total phospberous, total potassium can be 80.1% ,63.5% and 65.7%, respectively, which means the effect of controlled-release of nutrient is notable.
