摘 要:现场工程试验表明在巷道底板基角部位以某种角度打入底角锚杆可有效控制巷道底板变形。针对不同类型锚杆进行剪切实验,结果表明,无缝锚杆的抗剪性能要高于管缝锚杆的抗剪性能;锚杆内填充不同材料后对抗剪性能影响较大;加筋后能大幅提高锚杆抗剪性能,注浆次之,空心锚杆最小;锚杆加钢筋后,不仅能提高杆体本身的强度,同时在受剪过程中出现的荷载双峰特性能使锚杆具备二次承载特性,并具备较大的变形范围。结果为研究底角锚杆的力学特性、防治底臌作用机理和参数优化设计提供了实验依据。Onsite engineering tests show that the anchor fixed into the floor at a base angle can effectively control the deformation of roadway floor. The shear experiment of different types of anchor rods was carried out. The result shows that a seamless rock has a higher shearing resistance than a tube seam rod and different rod- filling materials may have a great impact on the rod shear resistance. The steel-reinforced rod has the highest shear resistance, the grouted rod has the secondary, and the hollow rod the least. The steel reinforcement of rod can not only improve the rod body strength but also render the rod the capacity of enduring a secondary load by the duplex load peak characteristics occurring under the shearing process and a larger deformation range. This study result can be instructive to the study of mechanical characteristic of anchor, floor heave control, and parameter design optimization.
