摘 要:通过对内蒙古某细粒嵌布萤石矿的浮选试验研究,确定了合理的药剂制度和工艺流程。以自行研制的改性脂肪酸盐YSB-2为捕收剂,在常温(24℃)下,采用弱碱性(pH=9.0)1次粗选,弱酸性(pH=6.0)7次精选,精Ⅰ尾矿作为最终尾矿丢弃,其余中矿集中返回到精Ⅰ的碱酸工艺流程,获得了品位为98.70%、回收率为89.20%、S iO2含量为0.93%、CaCO3含量小于0.37%的高品级萤石精矿。A rational reagent regime and process for a finely disseminated fluorite ore from Inner Mongolia were determined through flotation test research. The flotation test adpoted the self-developed modified fatty acid salt YSB-2 as collector and was carried out at a normal temperature (24 ℃ ). The process was composed of one rougher in weakly alkaline medium( pH = 9.0)and seven cleaners in weakly acidic medium (pH = 6.0). The tail of cleaner Ⅰ was the final tail and the middlings were concentrated and returned to the acidic-alkaline process. A high grade fluorite concentrate assaying CaF2 98.70% at a CaF2 recovery of 89.20% , SiO2 0.93% and CaCO3 below 0.37% was produced.
