摘 要:通过对四川省典型矿区环境进行实地调查和对环境问题分类统计,建立了矿区环境问题与开发矿种的对应关系,并对矿产资源开发产生的环境影响程度进行系统识别;针对四川省的自然环境背景和已经存在的矿区环境问题,构建了四川省矿产资源规划环境影响评价指标体系框架,并用层次熵多目标决策分析模型对指标及因子进行定量化研究,较为全面地反映出矿产资源规划实施后对环境的影响程度,为宏观控制矿区环境质量提供了依据,对进一步完善矿产资源规划环境影响评价有一定的参考价值。Based on the typical mining site survey and the classification statistics of environment problems of Sichuan Province, a correlation between the environment problems and ore types under exploitation is established and a system identification of the degree of environment impact of mineral resource development is made. In view of the natural environment background and existing mining environment problems in Sichuan Province, a target system framework for the environmental impact assessment of mineral resource planning of Sichuan Province is established. A quantitative study is made on the indexes and factors by a hierarchical entropy multi-objective decision analysis model. As a result, the degree of environmental impact when the mineral resource planning is completed is well reflected, providing a basis for controlling the quality of mining area environment and being of reference significance to the further improvement of the environmental impact assessment of mineral resource planning.
