摘　　要：以板料成型非线性有限元分析软件Dynaform为平台,建立了汽车座椅侧板有限元模型,利用该模型分析了不同坯料形状对汽车座椅侧板冲压成型质量的影响,得到了坯料优化前、后的成型极限图。优化坯料形状后,解决了优化前局部成型不充分及成型质量差的问题,模拟结果与实际零件成型结果一致。Based on the blank stamping nonlinear finite element software Dynaform,the FEM model of the automobile seat side blank was established,with which the influence of different shape of blank on the stamping quality was analyzed,and obtained the forming limit diagram before and after blank optimization.The optimized blank shape solved the deficient forming and poor quality, the simulation results were identical with the formed parts,
