摘　　要：对偶联心得宁衍生物的合成、１２５Ｉ标记和动物体内分布实验进行了研究。结果表明，由于该药物具有双配位基团，对β受体的亲和力比单价配基要高５０多倍。给药后大鼠心血比持续升高，在４ｈ达到峰值，因此该药物有可能成为心肌受体显像剂。The studies on synthesis and biodistribution of 125 I labeled bivalent analogs of practolol as receptor site directed myocardial imaging agent is reported. The result indicates that the affinity of bivalent ligand to β receptor is over 50 times more than that of the monovalent ligand, and the ratio of heart to blood is steadily increased and reaches the peak at 4 h after administration. Therefore it would be a potential myocardial imaging agent.
