摘  要:电站锅炉燃烧系统是集多种换热方式于一体的复杂换热系统。本文在热传递规律的基础上,获得了对流受热面的热传递规律,提出了流密度、流密度降低率、损率等评价原则且定义了无因次热流密度、无因次流密度的概念,并以100 MW机组锅炉的后屏受热面为例进行传递分析,通过与常规的传热及分析比较,提供了一些新的技术评价信息。The power station boiler's combustion system is a very complex heat exchange system with various types of heat exchange. Based on the heat exergy transfer theory, the heat exergy transfer law for the convection heating surfaces in the boiler was gained. The evaluation principles for exergy flux density and its reduction rate, and exergy loss rate were proposed, and the concepts of dimensionless heat flux density and dimensionless exergy flux density were defined. Taking the rear heating surface of a 100 MW boiler for example, the exergy transfer was analyzed, and some new technical evaluation information was provided by comparison with traditional heat transfer and exergy analysis.
