摘　　要：农村体育事业的发展对于全面建设社会主义新农村和全面小康社会都具有极其重要的意义。农村经济和社会发展是农村体育文化发展的基础,开展农村体育文化建设需要政策保障,需要乡(镇)村两级政府重视,需要体育设施保障,需要加强农村体育骨干的建设等。The development of physical culture in rural areas was great significance to the all - around construction of socialist new countryside and well - off society. Rural economy and social development were the foundation of the development of rural physical culture. The construction of rural physical culture required the support of policies, the attention of the government in towns and villages, necessary sport facilities and the train- ing of the key staff in physical education.
