摘 要:以东北电网500kV伊(敏)—冯(屯)系统首次应用可控硅串联补偿TCSC技术为例,针对伊冯系统的实际特点分析了不同送出方案的可行性,通过系统暂态稳定计算提出了不同串联补偿组合方案,对串联补偿方案进行了不同串联补偿度下的系统次同步谐振研究,经综合比较分析后推荐采用30%FSC(固定串联补偿)+15%TCSC的混合方案。在此基础上,提出了TCSC控制策略以及对伊冯系统现有高抗配置的原则要求。Based on the first engineering application of TCSC (thyristor controlled series compensation) in Northeast China Grid, this paper analyzed the possibility of different plans according to the characteristic of Yimin-fengtun system. After calculating the system transient stability, different SC (series compensation) plans were put forward. Then SSR (sub synchronous resonance) research was carried out according to different compensation degree, thus the plan of + 30%FSC (fixed series compensation)+ 15%TCSC was commended after overall comparison. Also the controlling scheme of TCSC and the configuration principle of the HV shunt reactors were carried out.
