摘  要:目的探讨踝关节骨挫伤X线与磁共振成像(MRI)的诊断价值。方法对40例踝关节骨挫伤分别行X线和MRI检查,并观察其表现。结果40例患者X线可诊断7例明显骨折,MRI可诊断出全部40例骨挫伤及骨折,部分合并韧带损伤及关节积液。结论X线平片为踝关节外伤的最基本检查,但MRI能早期明确显示踝关节骨挫伤和部位,优于X线平片。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of X-Ray Pla in Film and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in ankle joint bone bruise. Methods Forty cases of ankles joint bone braise were performed:X-Ray Pla in Film and MRI examination retrospective.Results Forty patients were diagnosed bone bruise and: fracture by MRI Some patients were complicated with ligament injuries and effusion. X ,Ray Pla in Film diagnosed 7 cases of fracture. Conclusion X-Ray Pla in Film is the basic check for ankle injury and valuable in the diagnosis of ankle joint bone bruise, MRI is superior to plain film in ankle bone bruise and its position.
