摘　　要：采用国产层析用氧化铝为吸附剂研制了^（１８８）Ｗ－^（１８８）Ｒｅ发生器。以生理盐水为淋洗剂，在１０ｍＬ的收集体积内，１８８Ｒｅ的收率至少在三个月内可稳定在７０％－８０％（在衰变校正后）。淋洗曲线的重现性很好，峰位置基本不变。得到的１８８Ｒｅ组分有极高的核纯度和放化纯度（＞９５％），且其中铝的含量、钨的漏穿都很低。The preparation of 188W- 188Re generator using alumina chromatography column was studied. The yield of 188Re from a generator with 10mL 0.9%NaCl as elution was 70%- 80% and stable for a three- month period. The elution curve of 188Re from alumina column was reproducible. The radionuclide purity, radiochemical purity, chemical purity and the breakthrough of 188 Re were satisfied.
