摘  要:报道了125I标记的15-(对-碘苯)3-(R,S)-甲基-十五烷酸(BMIP)在SD鼠体内的分布以及血流改变对其在心肌中分布的影响。结果显示,SD鼠心肌摄取125I-BMIPP在5min时为3.86%ID/g,且5-60min保持稳定;30min时心/血、心/肺、心/肝比值分别为1.56、2.08和1.62,而125I-BMIPP在肝脏中的清除则较快。对照组心肌摄取125I-BMIPP及心/血比值分别为3.27±0.32%ID/g和1.56±0.09;与正常对照组相比,双嘧达莫组心肌对125I-BMIPP摄取(3.90±0.25%ID/g)及心/血比值(1.79±0.17)明显增高(P<0.05)。表明BMIPP在心肌中的滞留时间较长且能反映心肌的血流灌注,故BMIPP可作为心肌瘤注示踪剂而适宜于SPECT显像。The tissue distribution of 125I-BMIPP in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats and theeffect of blood now on myocardial uptake of BMIPP were reported. The resultshowed myocardial uptake at 5 min after 125I-BMIPP injection was 3.86%ID/g andremained constant up to 60 min. The ratios of myocardium/blood andmyocardium/lung as well as myocardium/liver were 1.56, 2.08 and 1.62 respectively at30 min. The liver showed rapid clearance of 125I-BMIPP. In dipyridamole group,myocardial uptake of 125I-BMIPP (3.90±0.25%ID/g) and myocardium/blood ratio(1.79± 0.17) were signilicantly increased (P<0.05) than those of the normal control(3.27± 0.32%ID/g and 1.56± 0.09). Therefore, BMIPP showed higher myocardialuptake and longer myocardial retention and can refiect myocardial perfusion, so itcan be used as myocardial perfusion tracers for SPECT
