摘  要:选择绿冬青Ilex viridis,浙江冬青I.zhejiangensis和构骨I.cornuta等3种植物,对其光合作用特性进行了研究。结果表明,绿冬青、浙江冬青和构骨等的光补偿点分别为20.94,29.91和24.02μmol.m-2.s-1,无显著差异(P>0.05);光饱和点分别为1 204.29,1 305.10和1 516.67μmol.m-2.s-1,存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中构骨明显高于其他2个种;最大净光合速率分别为3.33,5.53和8.43μmol.m-2.s-1,均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。此外,构骨的表观电子传递速率(ETR)为60.520,显著高于绿冬青(40.217)和浙江冬青(19.900)(P<0.05),分别是绿冬青和浙江冬青的1.51和3.04倍;构骨的非光化学猝灭(qN)为0.947,分别是绿冬青(0.859)和浙江冬青(0.733)的1.10和1.29倍,其差异性达显著水平(P<0.05),说明构骨具有较高的电子传递活性和防御光抑制破坏的能力。The gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in leaves of three broadleaf tree species: Ilex viridis, L zhejiangensis, and L cornuta, were determined under field conditions. Results showed that there were no significant differences(P〉0.05) for light compensation point: (20.94 μmol·m-2·s^-1 in I. viridis, 29.91 μmol·m-2·s^-1 in I. zhejiangensis, and 24.02 μmol·m-2·s^-1 in I. cornuta). The light saturation point of I. cornuta was significantly greater(P〈0.05) (1 516.67 μmol·m-2·s^-1) than I. viridis (1 204.29 μmol·m-2·s^-1) and I.zhejiangensis (1 305.10 μmol·m-2·s^-1). Also, the maximum net photosynthetic rate in L cornuta was significantly greater (P〈0.05) for CO2 (8.43 μmol·m-2·s^-1)than L viridis (3.33 μmol·m-2·s^-1) and L zhejiangensis (5.53 μmol·m-2·s^-1). Finally, electron transport rate(ETR), photosystem (PS) Ⅱ efficiency(Yield), and non-photochemical quenching(qN) in the leaf were much higher(P〈0.05) in I. cornuta than in L zhejiangensis and I. viridis. Thus,I. cornuta had a higher photosynthetic capacity and stronger utilization ability for light energy, and its quantum yield of PS II electron transport and the potential capacity of heat dissipation were greater(P〈0.05).
