摘  要:火电厂湿法烟气脱硫工程取消烟气旁路具有一定的技术风险,是否采用无烟气旁路成为国内电力企业关注的一个问题。首先分析了国内湿法烟气脱硫装置设置烟气旁路的目的,阐述了国外烟气旁路规定和设置情况,以国华三河发电有限责任公司二期工程采用无烟气旁路及烟塔合一技术的工程实践为例,对火电厂烟气脱硫工程取消烟气旁路的相关问题进行了探讨,指出火电厂湿法烟气脱硫工程无旁路具有明显的技术、资金和环保优势,是未来环保发展的必然趋势。Wet process of FGD in thermal power plants still has some technical risks, so whether to adopt the technique of canceling gas bypass has become a major concern of power plants. This paper analyzes the purpose of setting up gas bypass in the use of wet process of FDG technique in our country, and related cases and regulations abroad. On the basis of engineering practice of canceling gas bypass and techniques of using cooling tower to supersede chimney in Phase Ⅱ project of Guohua Sanhe Power Generation Co. Ltd. , by discussing the practice of canceling gas bypass in gas desulphurization, it is regarded that canceling gas bypass technique in wet process of FGD has many obvious advantages both in technology and finance, and it is an inevitable trend in environment-friendly society.
