摘  要:2006年利用我国农田开放式空气CO2浓度增高(FACE)研究平台,以常规籼稻扬稻6号为供试材料,设计比大气CO2浓度(对照,370μmol.mol-1)高200μmol.mol-1的FACE处理(570μmol.mol-1)和施N量为125kg.hm-(2LN)、250kg.hm-(2NN)处理,研究其对扬稻6号产量形成的影响。结果表明:(1)FACE处理使扬稻6号的产量平均比对照增加24.1%,其中LN处理、NN处理条件下分别比对照增产18.0%、31.0%,处理间的差异达极显著水平;(2)FACE处理使扬稻6号单位面积穗数、每穗颖花数、结实率和千粒重平均比对照增加6.8%、8.3%、4.2%、和3.2%,除单位面积穗数外,处理间的差异均达显著或极显著水平;(3)FACE处理使扬稻6号生物产量平均比对照增加21.3%,达极显著水平,对经济系数无明显影响,生物产量的极显著增加是FACE水稻产量极显著增加的重要原因;(4)N处理以及CO2×N的互作效应对扬稻6号产量和产量构成因素的影响均未达显著水平。:The Chinese unique Free Air CO2 Enrichment FACE, 200μmol·mol-1 higher than ambient AMB research platform was used to investigate the effects of FACE on grain yield formation of indic a rice cultivar Yangdao 6 under two levels of N input:Low (LN, 125 kg·hm-2) and normal N (NN, 250 kg· hm-2) in 2006. The results showed that: ( 1 )FACE increased the grain yield of Yangdao 6 significantly(P〈0.01 ), with an average increase of 24.1%. For NN and LN-levels, grain yields under FACE were increased by 18.0% and 31.0%, respectively. (2) FACE increased yield components of Yangdao 6, averaging 6.8%, 8.3%(P〈0.01 ), 4.2%(P〈0.01 ) and 3.2%(P〈0.01 ) for panicle number per unit area, spikelet number per panicle, filled grain percentage and 1 000-grain weight, respectively. (3)FACE increased total biomass of Yangdao 6 significantly (P〈O.01) by an average of 21.3%, while economic coefficient was increased slightly. Grain yield of Yangdao 6 under FACE significantly higher than those under AMB was chiefly resulted from the larger increment of total biomass stimulated by FACE. (4)N and interactions between [CO2]xN effect were not significant on yield and its components of Yangdao 6.
