益气养阴祛瘀药对干燥综合征患者性激素水平影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气养阴祛瘀药对干燥综合征患者体内性激素水平的调节作用。[方法]选择57例中老年女性患干燥综合征患者,随机分为中药组(30例)和西药组(27例)。分别采用益气养阴祛瘀药和羟氯喹治疗,同时在治疗前后对两组患者分别采集静脉血,检测体内性激素水平的变化情况,并观察性激素水平变化与临床症状改善的关系。[结果]治疗后两组的性激素指标比较,其中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)存在显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后自身比较也有显著性差异。临床症状也随性激素水平的变化而改善。[结论]益气养阴祛瘀药能够改善干燥综合征患者体内紊乱的性激素水平,其疗效优于西药羟氯喹。[Objective]To observe the regulation of medicines of notifying Qi to nourish Yin and remove stasis on sexual hormone of dry syndrome. [Method]Select 57 cases of middle aged or senile women patients of dry syndrome, randomly divide them into Chinese medicine group（30） and western medicine group（27）, who respectively take medicines of notifying Qi to nourish Yin and remove stasis and hydroxide chloroquine. Meanwhile, take vein blood before and after treatment to test body sexual hormone level changes, observe the relationship between the change and clinical symptoms relieving, [Result]Compared both groups on sexual hormone levels of two groups, E2, T and LH had marked difference（P〈0.01） ; there＇s obvious difference between themselves before and after treatment for the treatment group. The clinical symptoms changed with sexual hormone level, [Conclusion]The said Chinese medicines can improve disordered sexual hormone level for dry syndrome patients, its cure effect is better than western medicine.
