温肾补脾汤合阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察温肾补脾汤合阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。[方法]对180例符合诊断标准的老年性骨质疏松症应用温肾健脾汤合口服阿法迪三片;检测治疗前后的腰椎和左侧股骨BMD值变化,记录治疗前后的腰背痛改善程度。[结果]治疗3个疗程后腰椎BMD平均上升2.02%,治疗前后有差异性,股骨BMD平均上升1.82%,治疗前后有差异性;腰背痛明显减轻82例(45.56%),腰背痛有较多减轻76例(42.22%);3个疗程血Ca,P,AKP无明显变化。[结论]温肾补脾汤合阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松疏松症既能改善骨密度,增加骨强度,又能缓解疼痛,改善症状。[Objective]To study the clinical effect of the decoction of warming kidney and notifying spleen added with 1a（OH）D3 on senile osteoporosis. [Method] Administer 180 cases with the decoction and 1 a（OH）D3 3 tablets; test the BMD change of lumbar vertebra and left thighbone before and after treatment, record the low back pain as well [Result] After 3 courses, BMD was increased by 2.02% for low back, it was by 1.82% for thighbone; there＇s difference between before and after treatment;82 cases were markedly relieved on low back pain （45.56 % ）, 7 6 （42.22% ） much relieved ; there＇ s no marked difference on Ca, P and AKP. [Conclusion]The decoction and 1a（OH）D3 can improve bone concentration,increase bone intensity,relieve pain and symptoms.
