重型颅脑损伤合并上消化道出血205例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重型颅脑损伤(SHI)合并上消化道出血的早期诊断、防治方法。方法在积极有效治疗原发疾病、制酸的同时,并予以局部止血、保护胃黏膜,维持内环境稳定,支持防治其他并发症。结果349例中(GCS评分3～8分)SHI合并上消化道出血205例,治愈187例,死亡18例。结论早期、及时、合理正确地采取非手术治疗SHI合并上消化道出血可获得较好的治疗效果。Objective Trough the research to find a method in order to diagnose and treat severe cranio - cerebral injury complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage early. Methods With treating the primary disease, stopping blood locally, protecting the upper cells of stomach, keeping the balance of internal circumstance and preventing the other complications are also important in the same time. Results In 205 cases, 187 cases survived finalty, 18 cases failed. Conclusion The early,right and timely methods can receive a ideal result in the diagnose and treatment of severe cranio- cerebral injury complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
