摘　　要：包钢炼钢厂5#连铸机是国内自主研发的以生产重轨钢为主的六机六流大方坯连铸机。主要介绍了此连铸机应用的主要技术,诸如:二冷段采用动态配水、二冷段辊子轴承采用油气润滑、拉矫机连续矫直和动态轻压下等工艺技术,改善了铸坯中心疏松和中心偏析,提高了铸坯表面及内部质量。为国内外的方坯连铸机提供了全新的设计思路。This article introduces the domestic-made bloom caster for yield of heavy rail steelo The advanced technology has been put forward to reduce the central porosity and central segregation by using of the dynamic control system for secondary cooling zone, air-oil lubrication and dynamic soft reduction etco With the technology used on the 5# bloom caster in BaoGang, the inner quality of the strand was improved obviously. It provides an excellent example to design the bloom caster.
