摘  要:目的探讨双极等离子尿道内切开及电切治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁的疗效与安全性。方法采用双极等离子尿道内切开及电切治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁患者21例,术后随访17例。结果所有患者均一次手术成功,无严重手术并发症,手术时间20~140min,出血<20ml,17例术后随访3~18个月,最大尿流率(Qmix)>17ml/s。结论双极等离子尿道内切开及电切治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁能迅速准确切开、切除狭窄瘢痕,具有低温切割、出血少、术后尿道再狭窄机会少等优点,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of internal urethrotomy and resection with bipolar plasmakenitie in treating urethral stricture and atresia. Methods Twenty one patients with urethral stricture or atresia were operated by internal urethrotomy and resection with bipolar plasmakenitie and 17 patients had been followed up postoperatively. Results The operations were performed successfully for the first time in all patients with no serious complication. The operation time was 20 - 140 min, and less than 20 ml blood was losed. Seventeen patients had been followed up for 3 - 18 months and the max urine flow rate everyone was more then 17 ml. Conclusion The way of internal urethrotomy and resection with bipolar plasmakenitie for the treatment of urethral stricture and atresia has advantages of resecting quickly, lower temperature incising, less blood, few recurrent urethral stricture and be considered as a safe and effective therapy for urethral stricture and atresia.
