摘 要:近年来铜价的不断上涨导致铜芯电缆的成本大幅度增加,原有的经济选型数据不再适用,需要用最近的成本数据对各种型号电缆的经济选型数据进行更新。然而,这样做工作量很大,因为要收集不同地区比较完整的电缆材料费和安装费是相当困难的。在此背景下,提出了利用铜价估算电缆新材料费的近似方法和在此基础上更新经济电流密度的简化方法,并结合2种方法对经济选型数据的传统更新过程进行了简化。该方法可以在一定程度上缓解收集完整的新电缆价格数据的困难,能够加快经济电流密度更新的速度。The ever-rising copper price in the past several years has led to a significant increase of the cost of copper cables, and the previous data can no longer be used for economical cable selection since the economical selection of different types of copper cables should be updated with the latest cost data from time to time. Collection of the complete data of the cable supply and erection costs for each region, however, is a complicated and tough job which involves great amount of exhausting work. Given this background, efforts are made in this study to develop a new approach for approximately estimating the present copper cable cost by using copper prices and furthermore a simplified approach for updating the present economical current density. Both of these two approaches are then used to simplify the conventional data updating process for the economical selection of cables. The proposed method can, to a large extent, lower difficulty in collecting complete data of prices of different kinds of new cables, thus speeding up updating of the economical current density.
