摘 要:石灰石制浆系统被广泛应用于燃煤电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置中。针对1000MW机组制浆系统的设计,对典型的湿磨制浆和石灰石粉制浆系统从工艺流程特点、设备组成、技术经济等方面进行分析比较。由于1000MW机组石灰石耗量较大,考虑电厂长期运行的经济性,推荐采用技术成熟、运行经济的石灰石湿磨制浆方案,同时要加强湿磨制浆系统在日常运行过程中的维护和管理。The limestone slurry system is widely used in limestone-gypsum FGD. With consideration to the design of the slurry system for the 1 000 MW generating unit, this paper compares and analyses the two typical techniques adopted - the wet type ball mill system and the limestone powder preparation system, in terms of process flow characteristics, equipment configuration and technical economics. With a view of the long-term economic operation of the 1 000 MW generating unit and considering its large limestone consumption, we recommend that power plants adopt the wet type ball mill system on account of its technical credibility and low operation cost. Meanwhile, measures shall be taken during the routine operation of the unit to strengthen the maintenance and management of the wet type ball mill system for limestone-gypsum FGD.
