摘 要:合成酚羟基修饰的新型超高交联树脂JN-2,与商品树脂XAD-4和NDA-150相比,该树脂对苯酚有较好的吸附-脱附性能。采用JN-2树脂吸附技术可以对碱性紫生产过程中排放的高浓含酚废水进行治理,结果表明,在温度<30℃,流量<3BV/h条件下,废水中酚类物质的去除率>98%,CODCr的去除率约99%,吸附出水可直接进行生化处理,树脂吸附后采用稀碱脱附,效果稳定。A new type of hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent resin modified by phenolic hydroxyl been p phenol repared. Compared with commercial resins XAD-4 and NDA-150, this new kind of resin shows groups has significant adsorption and desorption capacities. Furthermore, JN-2 resin adsorption technique can be used for treating the highly concentrated phenol-containing wastewater discharged from alkaline purple dye production process. The results show that when the temperature is lower than 30 ℃, and flow rate lower than 3 BV/h,the removal rate of phenol in wastewater is higher than 98%, the removal rate of CODCr is almost 99%. The adsorbed effluent water can be directly treated by biochemical method. After the resin adsorption, diluted alkaline can be used for desorption, and the result is stable.
