摘 要:针对攀钢目前的烧结生产情况,在实验室进行了FeO对钒钛烧结矿产、质量影响的试验研究。结果表明,在烧结矿FeO含量4.34%~8.44%的范围内,随着FeO含量增加,烧结矿转鼓强度和成品率提高,产量上升,冶金性能改善;当烧结矿FeO含量>9.37%后,烧结矿的产质量均呈下降趋势。从目前攀钢的生产条件来看,钒钛烧结矿FeO含量的控制范围以7.24%~8.44%为宜。Point to the present material condition of PANZIHUA I & S Co. , the influence of FeO content on quality and quantity of V-Ti-bearing sinter was studied in laboratory. The results show that the TI, rate of finished products, productivity were increased and the metallurgical property of sinter was improved with increasing of FeO content within 4.34% - 8.44% .But when FeO 〉 9.37%, the sinter quality and output will worsen. Considering the existing production condition of PANGANG, it is reasonable to control FeO content in V-Ti-bearing sinter in the range 7.24% - 8.44%.
