摘　　要：安庆铜矿竖炉原球团生产线存在料仓堵塞严重、大块料无法分离、烘干成本高、大水梁故障频繁、除尘脱硫系统无法正常工作等问题。经实施给料仓加装高分子衬板;用双层筛取代单层筛;采用高温烟气沸腾炉取代煤气燃烧炉作为精矿烘干设备;用先进的余热锅炉技术改造水梁以及采用先进的脱硫除尘系统等一系列技改措施,使生产线的技术水平和运行可靠性得到明显提高。There are a lot of problems presented in the original pellet production line, such as seriously plug of material bin, hardly separation of big lump, highly cost of drying, frequently faults of water cooling beam, unable to realize the normal operation of de-S system etc.. After a series of measures, such as installing macromolecule liner in material bin, using double-deck screen to instead of single-deck screen, using high temperature waste gas fluid bed furnace to instead of gas furnace as raw material drying equipment, modifying water cooling beam with the advanced boiler technique, and applying advanced de-S and de-dusting system and etc., were adopted, the equipping level and operation reliability this pellet production line were modified obviously.
