摘　　要：档案工作为民服务是档案工作本身发展的内在需求。要加强民生档案的开发力度,努力构建覆盖人民群众的档案资源体系。强化各种措施,实施综合管理,为民提供各种便利,确保为民服务长期有效地坚持下去。Archive serves people is the inner demands of archive work development. It＇ s necessary to strengthen the development of livelihood archives for the people and build up an archive recourse system covering the whole nation ; it＇ s also necessary to reinforce every measure, conduct comprehensive management and provide various conveniences about archive to the people so as to guarantee the effectiveness and permanence of this work.
