摘 要:目的动态观察易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHRSP)脑组织中NF-kB与ICAM-1的表达及相互关系。方法双肾双夹法制作RHRSP模型,分别于术后2、4、6、8、12和16周取脑,免疫组织化学法检测脑组织中NF-kB与ICAM-1含量。结果2周始RHRSP脑组织中NF-kB与ICAM-1含量逐渐增高,明显高于正常对照组,且NF-kB与ICAM-1呈正相关,NF-kB与ICAM-1均与大鼠收缩压密切相关。结论NF-kB活性增高可能是ICAM-1被异常激活的一个重要启动因素,它们共同参与了RHRSP脑卒中的发生。[Objective] To study the activity changes of NF-κB and ICAM-1 in stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rats (RHRSP). [Methods] Two-kidney-two-clip RHRSP were used in the present study. The expression of NF-κB and ICAM-1 were measured by immunohistochemitry at w2, w4, wt, w8 and w12, wl6 after operation. [Results] In exprimental group, the expression of NF-κB and ICAM-1 were increased markedly 2 weeks after operation compared with control group, peaked at 8 weeks after operation and last until 16w after operation. Correlation analysis showed that blood pressure, NF-κB and ICAM-1 expression correlated closely with each other. [Conclusions] the increased NF-kB activity might be an impotant trigger of ICAM-1 activation and both NF-κB and ICAM-1 took part in the formation of cerebral apoplexy.
