传统手术与注射加小切口外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨有效治疗混合痔的简便实用的手术方式。方法采用随机对照临床观察方法,将140例患者随机分为传统手术组和注射加小切口外剥内扎术组,回顾分析了两组术后的治疗效果。结果比较分析后表明注射加小切口外剥内扎术组在术后出血、伤口疼痛、肛缘水肿、创面感染、尿潴留、肛管狭窄、创面愈合时间以及治愈率等方面较传统手术具有简单易行、创伤小、恢复快、不损伤肛垫组织以及对肛门功能影响小等特点。结论注射加小切口外剥内扎术组的疗效明显优于传统外剥内扎术组(P<0.01),未发现有明显的副作用和不良反应。[Objective] To make a investigation of a simple and feasible procedure for mixed hemorrhoids. [Methods] The therapeutic effect of traditional operation and small incision, dissection for external hemorrhoids and injection was analized retrospectively in the study. One hundred and forty patients were divided randomly into two groups and underwent the two procedures respectively. Plstoperadve bleeding, pain, anal edema, wound in feetion, urine retension, anal stricture, wound healing time, Cure rate, etc. were analized and compared with the two groups. [Results] It is suggested that the small incision, dissection for external hemorrhoids and injection for internal hemorrhoids is simple in manipulation, less in surgical lesion, quicker healing, none in and cushion and less influence on anal function. [Conclusion] It is revealed that this procedure is superior to traditional one （P〈0.01）, and has no notable adrerse reactions.
