摘 要:用沉淀法制备了纳米氧化镧粉体,SEM结果显示其形貌为棒状纳米纤维,纤维直径在30nm左右,长度为100nm左右;另外,用乙二酸做掺杂剂,过硫酸铵做氧化剂,采用"无模板"法制备了导电聚苯胺/纳米氧化镧复合物,对合成产物进行X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱等表征,并测定了复合材料的电导率,其数量级达到了10-1S.cm-1。The nano-fiber of La2O3 was obtained by the precipitation method,the diameter of the fiber was about 30nm, and the length was about 100nm. The conducting polyaniline/nano-La2O3 composite doped by ethanedioie acid was obtained by templatefree method in the presence of ammonium per-sulfate (NH4)2S2Os as an oxidant. The composites were characterized by SEM, XRD and FT - IR. The electrical eonduefivity of PANI/nano - La2O3 was measured.
