封闭负压引流技术结合创必复治疗软组织缺损感染创面的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨封闭负压引流(The vacuum-assisted closure VAC)技术结合创必复治疗软组织缺损感染创面的疗效。方法观察经VAC技术结合创必复治疗的软组织感染创面患者30例,治疗时将创必复完全覆盖创面,并略超出创缘0.5cm。若创面渗出较少或炎症反应较重时,可用庆大霉素注射液湿润后再覆盖。同时,注意全身抗炎治疗。每日一次,以7天为1个疗程。结果应用创必复2周内愈合者27个创面,2～6周内愈合者3个创面。总愈合率达90%。结论封闭负压引流技术结合创必复能明显缩短软组织感染创面的愈合时间减少并发症。Objectives To explore therapeutic effects of the vacuum-assisted closure （V A C） technique in management of infected wound surface.Methods 30 patients with infected wound surface of the soft tissue were treated with V A C technique combed with chuang bi fu.Results All the 30 cases with infected wound surface were controlled rapidly.T otal effect rate 100%.Conclusions Vacuum-assisted closure technique combed with chuang bi fu is effective to reduce the time of healing and reduce complication.
