摘  要:目的观察不同质量浓度高碘饮食对小鼠甲状腺摄锝功能的影响。方法采用完全随机设计方法将288只实验小鼠分为0~7共8个组,其中0组为对照组,正常饮食;1~7组为实验组,分别给予不同质量浓度高碘饮食,含碘量依次为:50,100,150,200,250,500和5000μg/L,喂养1周后,每只小鼠腹腔内注射^99Tc^mO4^-3.7MBq,每组均分别于注射后10,20,25,30,45和60min处死小鼠并取甲状腺,测量其每克组织百分注射剂量率(%ID/g)。采用Dunnett-t检验对数据进行比较,观察高碘饮食对小鼠甲状腺摄锝功能的影响。结果与对照组相比,当饮食中碘质量浓度为150μg/L时,小鼠甲状腺摄锝功能在各个时间点上开始受到明显抑制[t0.3(10min=3.13,t0.3(20min)=4.54,t0.3(25min)=3.86,t0.3(30min)=3.69,t0.3(45min)=2.63,t0.3(60min)=2.82,P均〈0.05]。随着碘质量浓度增高,小鼠甲状腺摄锝功能逐渐降低。结论碘离子质量浓度≥150μg/L时,小鼠甲状腺摄锝功能明显受抑制。Objective The aim of this study was to observe the dose-dependent effect of iodine on thyroid uptake of ^99Tc^m- in mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into 8 groups. One control group fed with water, the others were dose-dependent iodine groups fed with various KIO3 concentration of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250,500, 5000 μg/L, respectively for 7 d. Thyroid weight and thyroid uptake percentage activity of injected dose per gram of tissue (% ID/g) of ^99Tc^mO4^- was measured at different times. Dunnett-t test was used for statistically analysis. Results Significantly lower uptake of ^99Tc^mO4^- in miee thyroid was noted with time when KIO3 concentration was equal or above than 150 μg/L[t0.3(10min=3.13,t0.3(20min)=4.54,t0.3(25min)=3.86,t0.3(30min)=3.69,t0.3(45min)=2.63,t0.3(60min)=2.82, all P 〈 0.05]. Conclusion The cutoff of KIO3 concentration that would influence the uptake of ^99Tc^mO4^- in mice thyroid was equal or above than 150 μg/L.
