摘 要:目的通过对烧伤病房铜绿假单胞菌耐药基因进行聚类分析,了解烧伤病房铜绿假单胞菌的亲缘性。方法对20株从烧伤患者分离到的铜绿假单胞菌的β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类和磺胺等常见耐药基因进行检测,并以这些基因作为分子标记,作耐药基因聚类分析。结果20株中,blaTEM、blaCARB、aac(6')-Ⅰb、aac(6')-Ⅱ和sul1等耐药基因检出率高,亲缘性分析显示有3株克隆在烧伤病房流行,并发现同一患者被同种细菌不同株同时感染。结论以耐药基因作为分子标记作聚类分析对于烧伤病房临床分离株亲缘性及传播分析有着重要的意义。Objective To study the drug-resistant genes and consanguinity in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from burned patients by cluster analysis. Methods Common drug resistant genes associated with β-1actamases, aminoglycosides and sulfa of 20 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa which were isolated from burned patients were detected and the molecules marked drug resistance genes were identified by cluster analysis. Results The positive rates of genes of blaTEM, blaCARB, high. Relative analysis showed that three clones aac(6')- Ⅰb, aac(6')-Ⅱand sull isolated from 20 strains were of Pseudomonas aeruginosa prevailed in the burn unit. Meanwhile, one patient was coinfected by different strains of the same bacterial species. Conclusions Resistant-genes cluster analysis was essential to the consanguinity and the dissemination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from burned patients.
