摘　　要：目的探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染时神经胶质细胞内源性神经生长因子(NGF)的表达变化。方法采用免疫荧光法检测HCMV即刻早期蛋白(IE),RT-PCR技术检测正常培养和感染HCMV的神经胶质瘤(U251)细胞的NGF。结果HCMV能够感染U251细胞,U251能够表达NGF,感染HCMV后初期NGF表达没有变化,后期明显下调(P<0.05)。结论HCMV能够诱导U251细胞中的NGF表达异常。Objective To explore the change of endogenie nerve growth factor expression of neuroglia cell in case of human cytomegalovirus infection. Methods To detect the NGF expressions of normally-cultured and HCMV-infected glioma cell （U251） with RT-PCR. Results HCMV can infect U251 cells. U251 can express NGF, the NGF expression has no change at the earlier period of HCMV infection, and the expression is obviously down-regulated at the latent phase of infection. Conclusion HCMV can induce the abnormal NGF expression of the U251 cell.
