摘  要:从膜的污染与再生角度出发,初步讨论了温度和压力对膜污染和再生的影响。通过实验表明:提高温度有利于减缓膜污染的速度,最适宜温度为60℃;提高膜表面流速同时减小膜压力,有利于减缓膜污染。而采用1%(w/w)NaOH和0.05%EDTA混合溶液清洗膜30min后,再以0.5%HNO3溶液清洗5min,膜通量可迅速恢复。Through studying the membrane pollution and renewal, this article preliminary discussed the impact of the membrane pollution and renewable by temperature and pressure. It shown that raising the temperature was conducive to slow down the speed of polluting, the optimum temperature to 60 ℃. Increased the flow rate at the same time reduced the surface membrane pressure will help alleviate fouling. It took 30 minutes to clean membranes by mixed solution composed of 1% NaOH and 0.05% EDTA,whereafter,0.5% HNO3 was used to clean membrane for 5 minutes. Results indicated that membrane flux could be recovered rapidly.
