摘 要:死亡时间的推断具有重要意义,一直是法医学实践中的难题,也是法医学研究的重点。随着分子生物学及各种分析技术的发展,对死亡时间推断的研究已深入到细胞和分子水平,其中,死后机体内遗传物质DNA和RNA变化规律应用于死亡时间推断受到高度关注,新技术、新方法、新论点不断涌现,尽管大部分仍处于实验阶段,但仍有实际应用阶值。本文就遗传物质的检测应用于死亡时间推断研究以及发展前景概况进行简要综述。Estimation of the death time is very important and always the hot nut in forensic practices and focal point in forensic study. With the development of molecular biology and muhifarious analyzing techniques, the study of death time has been furthered into cell and molecular levels, especially, the changing rules of Hereditary materials such DNA and RNA after death is attracting more and more attention after it was used to judge the death time. New techniques, methods and views are unceasing produced, they have some what application value although most of them is still in experimental stage. This article reviews the detection of hereditary materials about its application in death time judgement, and prospect.
