摘　　要：闭合性跟腱断裂是临床常见的疾病，因其特殊的解剖关系，重要的生理作用，使跟腱断裂修复术后也存在较多并发症，某些并发症可以严重影响治疗效果。针对这些并发症，很多学者做出了有益的探索，也取得了一些成果，总的来说方法很多，问题不少，尚未形成一套明确有效的治疗方案。随着基因工程等新技术、新方法的应用，解决这些临床问题有了新思路，在这个思路的指导下也取得了较好的治疗效果。本文主要探讨闭合性跟腱断裂手术后并发症及治疗进展。Clinical closed Achilles tendon rupture is a common disease, because of their special relationship between the anatomy ,physiology important role in the clinical popular attention. Doctors in clinical practice noted that rupture of Achilles tendon surgery have more complications,some complications can seriously affect the treatment effect. In response to these complications, many scholars have made useful exploration, and have yielded some results. But most of all many problems have not yet formed a set of clear and effective treatment. With the new technology, such as genetic engineering, the application of new methods to solve these problems with new ideas for clinical, under the guidance of this line of thought has also been made better treatment.
