摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）皮损中的表达及意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法定量检测SLE患者皮损中VEGF蛋白的表达。结果VEGF蛋白在SLE稳定期和活动期皮损中表达水平比正常对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），VEGF蛋白在SLE活动期皮损中的表达水平比稳定期高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论SLE患者皮损中VEGF蛋白表达水平增高。提示VEGF蛋白在SLE发生、发展过程中可能起了重要的作用，可考虑作为今后SLE临床诊断、衡量疾病发展及预后的指标和辅助治疗的措施。Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in the lesional skin of SLE patients. Methods Expression of VEGF in the skin lesion of SLE was examined by ELISA. Results The expression of VEGF in the lesional skin of stationary and active phase of SLE was elevated than normal control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The significant overexpression of VEGF in lesion of active phase compared to that of stationary phase was also noted （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is overexpression of VEGF in lesional skin of SLE patients. The finding suggests that VEGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE,and could be considered as a future target for therapy and index for diagnosis, follow - up and prognosis. endothelial growth factor; Skin lesion
