摘  要:目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤对A型流感病毒感染的犬肾传代(MDCK)细胞凋亡的影响。方法:运用原位末端标记技术和流式细胞术分别检测最大无毒限量的麻杏石甘汤对A型流感病毒感染的MDCK细胞凋亡百分率与细胞周期变化的影响。结果:麻杏石甘汤能显著降低A型流感病毒感染的MDCK细胞的凋亡百分率,下调其G1/G0期细胞比例,上调其S期、G2/M期细胞比例以及细胞增殖指数(PI)值。结论:麻杏石甘汤通过调整流感病毒感染的MDCK细胞的细胞周期,降低细胞凋亡百分率而发挥抗流感病毒作用。Objective: To explore the effects of Maxingshigan Decoction (MD) on the apoptosis of Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cells infected by influenza virus A. Methods: Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick ending labeling and flow cytometry were applied to detect the effects of MD at the maximal non-toxic concentration on the apoptosis and cycles of MDCK cells infected by influenza virus A. Results: MD obviously down-regulated the apoptosis of MDCK cells infected by influenza virus A, reduced the number of the G1/G0 stage cells, and increased the number and proliferation index (PI) of the S and G2/M stage cells. Conclusion : MD inhibits influenza virus by regulating the cycles and reducing the apoptosis of MDCK ceils infected by the virus.
