谈涉警舆论监督的误区

摘　　要：在现代民主法治社会,舆论监督的重点是权力组织和公职人员。对拥有执法权力的公安机关而言,新闻媒体的监督发挥了不同于党内监督、行政监督、司法监督的效力,极大地推动了警察队伍建设。但是,也要看到,有一些媒体的监督没有把握好尺度,给警察形象带来了一定的负面影响。应正确分析涉警舆论监督的误区,以更好地发挥新闻舆论监督的作用。In the modem democratic legal society, the core of the public opinion is power organization and public ser vants. To the public security organs which have the law-enforcement power, media supervision supervision is quite different from the inner-party supervision, administrative supervision and judicial supervision, thus it promotes the police image construction greatly. But some media didn＇t hold the scale well for the supervision and brought some negative influence to the police image. We should correct the misunderstanding of supervision of public opinion about police and use it well for the supervision.
