摘　　要：本文首先对硬盘的基本结构及WINDOWS下的文件系统存储原理做概括性介绍,并且重点分析了FAT32文件系统的硬盘数据组织方式,接着对FAT表上的关于数据的修改和删除过程进行了分析研究,从而用磁盘编辑工具winHex修改和还原了彻底删除的数据。最后扩展数据恢复的运用领域,浅谈了数据恢复在计算机取证中的应用,进而突出数据恢复举足重轻的地位。This article makes a generalization of the hardware＇s basic structure and the memory theory of file system in windows flrstly, and stresses on analyzing the organization mode of HD（hard disk） data executed by FAT file system,and. Secondly, this paper analyzes the process ofdata＇s updating and deleting in FAT table as well, update and resume the deleted thoroughly data （including text file and picture of JPG format） with the help of disk editing tool（winHex）. Finally, it extends the application domain of data recovery, giving prominence to the vital status of data recovery.
