医学实验室认可标准在放射科质量管理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：放射科质量管理在整个医院管理和医疗改革中占据重要地位。加强放射科质量管理,将其上升到质量体系层次,是当前国内放射科质量管理体制改革的关键。广东省中医院放射科针对国内放射科实际情况,参考医学实验室认可标准(ISO 15189:2003(E)《医学实验室-质量和能力的专用要求》),对放射科质量管理中的各个环节进行了一系列开创性的探索和尝试。其实践为推进医疗卫生体制改革,寻求适合我国国情的放射科质量管理模式提供了有益的借鉴。The quality management of the radiology department plays an important role in the hospital management and reform of the health system reform. Reinforcing the quality management of the radiology department so as to achieve the level of quality system is the key to our current managerial reform for radiology department. The radiology department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been conducting a serial initiative creation and attempt for the reform of exterior managerial system and inner functionary mechanism related to the actuality of radiology department, that is referenced to the medical laboratory accreditation standard（ ISO 15189：2003 （ E）, medical laboratories - paticular requirements for quality and competence）. The practice provided with beneficial reference for promoting the reform of health system, and helping the hospital to seek for the best managerial model that suits our situation most for radiology department.
