摘 要:不维修系统指的是在任务期间发生故障时不采取维修活动的那些系统,飞机整体及其各功能系统可视为不维修系统。本文从组成系统各单元故障模式发生的概率出发,详细研究了基于故障模式影响后果的系统功能状态的可靠性问题,给出了求解不维修系统各功能状态概率的一般方法,提出了适用于多态功能系统分析的拟割集法,说明了拟割集的求解步骤,提出了不完全故障树的概念,说明了不完全故障树与传统的二态故障树的区别;引入模糊集理论,建立了考虑各功能状态影响的可靠性综合评估模型。文中提出的方法适用于多态系统或功能退化系统的可靠性分析与研究。Nonrepairable systems are defined as the systems which can not be repaired during operation, an aircraft and its function systems are nonrepairable systems. Basing on the fault modes of subsystems and elements, advanced the calculating methods of the probability of the function states, this paper proposes the concept of semicut set and nonfull fault tree, gives the process of obtaining semicut set, discusses the difference of the nonfull fault tree and the traditional twostate fault tree, applying for the theory of fuzzy set, and established the composite evaluating model of system reliability concerning with function states. This method is suitable for the reliability analysis of more state system or function reduce system. Proved by the practice application, the calculation results obtained by use of the formulae can really reflect the system reliability level.
