摘 要:为了提高电液激振器的频率,提出一种采用2D阀控制液压缸实现激振的新方案。在2D阀中,激振频率由阀芯的旋转运动控制,激振幅值受阀芯的轴向移动控制,激振频率取决于阀芯的转速和阀芯上开设的沟槽数量。在负载以弹性力为主的条件下进行了分析和试验,结果表明:当阀的轴向开口大于某一临界值时,液压缸的容腔将产生压力饱和现象;此时,在系统的输入面积线性增加和减小的两个过程中,活塞经过的位移相差较大;随着阀开口的减小,位移的差别逐渐缩小。A scheme of electrohydraulic vibration exciter using a 2D valve to control a hydraulic actuator was proposed to enhance the working frequency to a large scale. In the 2D valve, the rotary and sliding motions were independently exploited to control the frequency and the magnitude of the vibration respectively. The frequency of vibration exciter was determined by the rotary speed and the number of grooves distributed on a spool land. The theoretical analysis and test were carried out under the conditions that the elastic force constituted the main part of the load. When the linear opening of the valve reaches or exceeds a critical point, there is a phenomenon of system pressure saturation in one of the cylinder chambers, at this time, during the two processes of system import increasing and decreasing linearly,the corresponding piston displacements is obviously different and weakens as the linear opening is reduced.
